Our sustainability strategies and practices are among the top 35% of companies evaluated by EcoVadis, which includes more than 100,000 companies. While we remain at the Bronze level, our results have improved across several assessed areas.
The improvement in results was achieved by recording both existing and new environmental goals as concrete, measurable targets, to which the company’s management committed during the annual review. Additionally, SV’s Code of Conduct was implemented more effectively among employees. SV-SHOCKS’ environmental policy was established with clear objectives and measures aimed at protecting the environment.
The evaluated categories were labor and human rights, environment, sustainable procurement and ethics.
Concrete improvements we have made:
- 57% reduction in annual product-specific water consumption (liters per attenuator) compared to 2023. (Achieved by switching the test machines’ cooling method from air to water cooling.)
- New electricity contract using 100% nuclear power — almost carbon-free.
- Falcony’s open safety observation system, launched in early 2025, enables anyone to make anonymous safety observations by scanning a QR code located in the production facilities with a smart device.
Our next improvement goals are:
- Implementing the Code of Conduct for all suppliers.
- Calculating carbon dioxide emissions and setting concrete targets.
